Red: What You Should Know
On November 12th, Taylor Swift will be re-releasing her Grammy winning album: Red. The album will contain 30 songs, including fan favorites such as Red, We Are Never Getting Back Together, and All Too Well, and collaborations with artists such as Phoebe Bridgers, Ed Sheeren, and Chris Stapelton. It was originally supposed to be released on November 19th, but it was pushed forward a week.
Twitter user @heythereswiftie posted expressed this excitement when they tweeted “taylor swift is about to prove to the world that red always deserved that grammy [sic].”
Students from West Potomac are also excited for the rerelease.
Junior, Noah Elshami said, “My favorite song from her new album is Red, but there has been so many good meaningful songs from this album so it’s kinda hard to choose [sic]”.
Alongside the album, Swift will be releasing a short film for All Too Well, which is rumored to be 13 minutes long, and feature actors Sadie Sink and Dylan O’Brian. The trailer for the film, released November 5th, shows a car driving down a road as leaves fall around it. In an article by People Magazine, it was said that the car shown was made in 1989, leading them to believe that the artist will be rerecording her 1989 album as well.
