Connor Marshall, Contributor

Connor Marshall is a senior at West Potomac High School. Marshall is in his fourth year as a member of the West Potomac Marching Band, which he sees as a sport. However, he says the general public does not agree on that stance much of the time. Marshall joined Marching Band in his freshman year, and he had a great time. He not only enjoyed the opportunity to play the french horn, but he also made many friends. Marshall says marching band has helped him make many great friends over the years and is an integral part of his high school experience.

Marshall is an avid reader and writer. He enjoys both reading and writing fictional stories. His dream is to become an author writing fiction. Marshall would meet Alexander Hamilton if given the chance for a couple reasons. He thinks Hamilton is a really interesting person with quite the life story. In addition, Marshall would love to talk to Hamilton about writing. Although Marshall loves reading and writing, his favorite school subject is science. His favorite movie is How To Train Your Dragon, and his favorite food is dumplings.
