This Thursday during homeroom, the West Potomac Music Department has arranged a performance consisting of 1st period band, the advanced chorus ensembles, guitar ensemble, and all of the orchestra.

There will be one performance during the first half, and another during the second. Advisory teachers should sign up to have their class come and see! If you are a student interested in going to this concert, make sure to ask your advisory teacher to sign up.

Additionally, in the evening, there will be another concert by the West Potomac Music Department featuring even more selections from each ensemble. The afternoon concert begins at 7:00pm in the auditorium.

Before the concert, there will be a Holiday Marketplace outside the auditorium beginning at 5:30pm, which is a great time to purchase holiday gifts for your family and friends (or yourself). At the Marketplace, West Potomac Choir will be selling Croc charms for $5.00! Get them before they sell out!

As promised by Ms. Solares, the Choir Director at West Po, “It’s going to be an exciting concert! It is awesome to get to perform all together with the whole music department.”

The West Potomac Music Department would be thrilled to see you Thursday, whether during homeroom or in the evening, and even if you cannot attend, they’d like to wish you happy holidays and have a wonderful winter break!
