March Madness Bracket Challenge Begins

This March Madness, students can win an ice-cream extravaganza for their advisory with The WP Wire Bracket Challenge! 

Students will be choosing the winner(s) of 64 team bracket(s). For a refresher on March Madness, read this background story at https://thewpwire.org/8470/sports/an-intro-to-march-madness

To find the link and password, visit the All Students Schoology page and see Ms. Babic’s announcement in the updates section. 

When signing in, use the following naming convention: Advisory Teacher’s name, then first and last name. For example, Cooper – Caitlin Lastname or States – James Lastname (i.e. Advisory Teacher – Student Name).

Students must fill out brackets by March 21st at the end of advisory for a chance to win (games start at noon on Thursday, so no entries after that).The app will automatically score points and rank individuals and the winner will be announced after the championship game on April 8th. Brackets are open now.

Jackson Baker is a senior at West Po. This is his first year taking journalism and he’s super excited. He is a member of the baseball team and is currently committed to Salisbury University to continue playing baseball while studying. In his free time, he enjoys playing all sports, hanging out with friends and family, and watching any Georgia Bulldogs athletic event.
