Emma Bayliss is a freshman at West Potomac. Her dislike for avocados and mustard fuels her picky eating habits, and she often finds herself drinking coffee in place of proper food. Emma, also an equestrian of ten years, spends her free time to visit her horse, and advocate for animal rights. Her future plans include starting a coffee company, moving to Europe, and studying equine sciences.
